Spotted: German Footballer Mesut Ozil Wears MCM

He is one of our most famous footballer here in Germany, plays for the German national football team and for the Spanish La Liga club Real Madrid. Mesut is acclaimed for his finesse and improvisation as an attacking midfielder. He is one of the most talented and popular footballers from the German national team since 2009 and gained it's first international attention during the FIFA World Cup 2010 when he was nominated for the Golden Ball Award, which is awarded to the tournament's best player.

His nicknames included "der Rabe" (The Raven, or in Spanish, "El Cuervo") - playing on his smart and opportunistic style of play, and at Werder Bremen “der neue Diego” (the new Diego) in reference to Brazilian Diego, whose playmaker role he inherited.
So it's hardly surprising that we at MCM are so proud that one of the top footballers of the world chose MCM to stay sportive, stylish and luxury at the same time. It's a compliment for us that Mesut Ozil is wearing MCM in his free time - a German piece of heritage, style and good taste!
