Friday Instant Outfit - Pretty in Pink (and print)

I write a lot about our handbags on this blog, but I would like to start showcasing our really lovely ready-to-wear collection so each Friday I will be giving you an instant outfit using some of our clothing designs (and handbags too, of course!).

Working in the Fashion industry, it is easy to be swayed towards the edgier side of style and to spend time thinking about going against sartorial codes, mixing trends, being androgynous, contrasting volumes and textures... It is a great style exercise, but sometimes it is nice to simply put on a really girly outfit and feel like a (really stylish) film heroine. For this outfit, I wanted to create something really cute and feminine while staying fashion conscious. This black and white leopard print dress is just edgy enough while still being floaty and romantic. I love the contrast between the graphic print and fluidity of the dress with the pink leather jacket and clashing pink Sophia clutch. 

This is an outfit I'd wear for a late Saturday afternoon date in Paris... It would involve an old Hollywood film, a delicious dinner at the terrasse of a Brasserie and maybe even some champagne.
