The Queen of Bahrain Visits Our London Flagship Boutique

It isn't everyday you get to meet a Queen so we were especially honored when Her Majesty Sabika bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Queen of Bahrain stopped by our London Flagship Boutique for a spot of shopping.

Sabika bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa is the Queen consort, the first wife of the present King of Bahrain, Hamad ibn Isa Al Khalifa, and the mother of the Crown Prince, Salman ibn Hamad ibn Isa Al Khalifa. As the head of the Supreme Council for Women in Bahrain, she has achieved extraordinary things and has encouraged the expansion of women's political rights in Bahrain. Thanks to her, more women have been able to vote in 2001 and 2005 for the elections. As if her work for women's rights wasn't enough, she is also chief patron of the Society for Women and Children in Bahrain and as such regularly addresses the UN General Assemby...

And yet she still finds time to stop by our humble London store to treat herself. A woman after my heart. As a Queen she travels a lot and needs lugagge that is, well... fit for a Queen. So she decided for the classic Cognac Visetos hard trunk collection. This will make a wonderful Royal escort on her upcoming trips.
