MCM Blogger Makeover - Mademoiselle Robot

Why hello there everyone! I am back with more photos from the MCM Blogger Makeover. This time I can show you all the snaps of me that were taken that day... Over the course of the next few weeks, I will share with you what the other girls have written about their day (and their photos of course). One thing we all agreed on was that we had a wonderful day and... we scrub up quite well! 

For someone like me who loves glamour and girly things but mostly dresses like a tomboy, it was a great opportunity to channel my inner Dita Von Teese (MCM Friend extraordinaire) and work a bit of old Hollywood magic into my usual style. For the first outfit (with the dress), my hair was set in the most amazing 40s starlet waves which were then brushed off for my second look which was much more casual (denim shirt, striped top and trainers). I don't normally like having my photo taken because I find it to be quite an uncomfortable/traumatic experience, so this was a challenge for me, but Camille our photographer was so sweet and just directive enough to make me feel like a supermodel. Well, a plus sized supermodel! 

The bags I used for the shoot are two of my all time favourites: the large blue Sophia and lovely Tracey in cognac Visetos.
