Our MCM Spring Soundtrack Part II

Hi Everybody, 

Last week we decided to prepare some very personal Mixtape series for MCM and you! Well, this is our second part! While we were listening to some fine tunes last week, this time it's up to the good old ones which we can't get enough of as soon as the sunshine arrives. 

As this arty area always was part of MCM's inspiration while designing the stunning bags we adore, it's kind of a must right now. But that's what we already told you. 

Tastes are different, we are different - luckily MCM has got a perfect companion for each of us. So we tried to imagine which bag we would be wearing while being in the right mood for the following songs.

1. METRONOMY - THE BAY

Metronomy already exists since 1999. The british electronic music group around Joseph Mount is known for it's minimal, but always sunny sound, which makes our hearts beat faster and our feet dance through the night. Their lates album The English Riviera is definitely worth to be played on repeat.

 2. THE ASTEROIDS GALAXY TOUR - HEART ATTACK

The Asteroid GalaxyTour is a dansk Funk & Soul band. Front singer Mette Lindberg hijacks us into glittering pop worlds and keeps our temper as good as can be! "Heart Attack" is their latest track. You can find it on their album Out of Frequency.

3. FLORENCE AND THE MACHINE - SHAKE IT OUT

As Florence Welch, the wonderful singer of UK band "Florence and the Machine" calls herself a friend of MCM, too, we definietyl had to add one of her latest tracks to our playlist. "Shake it out" is a song for lovers and everyone who is ruled by emotions. It's part of Florence an the machines's latest album "ceremonials" which is a perfect one for summerdays!
