When Hugh Bear saw Ratatouille in the cinema, he knew there was hope, and a place in the world for food obsessed critters. And by this I don't mean food obsessed creatures like my cat who meows so loud every morning and every night for his food, you'd think he'd never eaten in his whole life. Ever. No... Hugh Bear is sophisticated, a true gourmet. A foodie as we like to call it in the UK. He always has dinner in the best restaurants (although he has to pretend to be a bag charm sometimes in order to get a table) and above all, he adores cooking for friends. His main challenge is to find crockery small enough for him to use.
Hugh Bear lives in Knightsbridge. He's made a lovely home for himself at the back of the MCM Flagship Store, inside a vintage trunk. It really is cosy in there. Of course I've never been able to visit, but my friend Isis went and she said it was a lovely little penthouse. She was especially impressed with the kitchen, why of course!
Like many Londonders, Hugh Bear's favourite place to shop for gourmet ingredients is the Harrods Food Hall (he actually made the lovely mooncakes we served in the store during Golden Week). He loves the decor but he mainly gets inspired by all the smells, tastes and colourful packaging on display. It truly is a grandiose place. Since we opened our boutique in Harrods, Hugh Bear has been saying he would love to have a second home in there. Perhaps he could convert a lofty Stark backpack into a country home?

Traduction - Hugh Bear adore cuisiner plus que tout au monde. Son endroit favori pour faire des provisions? Harrods bien sur!
