MCM Roars in Singapore at Men’s Fashion Week 2012

 

On Sunday 22 April, MCM successfully launched its highly-anticipated debut in South East Asia during Singapore Men’s Fashion Week 2012.  For the first time, MCM showcased its full AW12 collection as well as its distinguished men’s lifestyle collection entitled the “MCM Men’s Generation” in a modish runway presentation. 

 

 

This year’s annually celebrated international fashion event was themed “Music & Men’s Fashion Week, or M2FW”, which is a celebration of the crossroads between sound and style.   In commemoration of this feted hybrid theme, MCM opened the final event with a spectacular performance by the internationally acclaimed Thai sensation,  Bie KPN:

Other international celebrities attended the star studded event including the likes of Korean actor Daniel Henney, Hong Kong actor & singer Shawn Yue, Triple-threat Hong Kong singer, dancer & actor Ron Ng and  Korean-American rock band, the Royal Pirates.  Joining the glamorous glitterati and fashion cognoscenti, South Korean actor Seung-Hoon walked the runway flaunting MCM’s latest collections:

MCM’s charismatic introduction of its celebrated brand heritage, its AW12 inauguration as well as its distinguished men’s lifestyle debut created a media frenzy amongst Singapore’s opinion-leaders and media tastemakers.  Celebrated by a bevy of fashionistas & socialites, the night was an unforgettable hit!
