Premium Young Talents Award - The MCM Designs

Do you remember? In January shortly before the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Berlin startet, PREMIUM exhibition and MCM invited the fashion crowd to present the YOUNG DESIGNERS AWARD at F95. Three designers were honoured in the categories "womenswear", "menswear" and "accessories" by presenting their current collections!

For MCM it is so important to support outstanding young designers and loves to be the the official sponsor of the event: The labels "Blame“, "Lamperia“ and "Rita in Palma“ did their best, won the award in the different categories and received the award for their outstanding designs. As a little gift from MCM, each designer got two Cognac Visetos Backpacks to show us their very own interpretation and vision:

And the result is just amazing. Each designer has its very own signature and matches typical characterisations of their brand with our traditional label. The whole MCM x YOUNG DESIGNERS AWARD exhibition will be presented for more than two weeks in Berlin's famous fashion boutigue "Galeries Lafayette" - the shop windows shows the two bags each label got in a totally different design!

Rita in Palma uses a lot knit embellish her backpack vision while blame uses neon colours to pair our traditional backpack with a funky fresh attitude. Lamperia had probably the most work to do: she has constructed a kind of coat that surrounds our MCM Backpack completely.

We hope you can see it  - the weather was pretty beautiful and the sun was shining and reflected in the window.
