Stylevolution: STARK - from SS 2011 to SS 2013
We are renowned for our backpack collection and so today we take you on a journey through our past designs: everybody loves Stark backpacks.
Over the years, our design team has done a great job, expressing their passion for unique style, strong colours and embellishments season after season. They showcase confidence, taste and a true understanding of heritage with a modern twist!
Our world renowned Stark collection makes another dazzling comeback this season with vibrant new colours, unexpected shapes and designs that are edgier than ever. Before taking a closer look at this season's collection, let's go back a few years:
Strong colours and a focus on shape: The S/S 2011 STARK collection was dominated by bold gold and silver studs all over - no matter the colour of the bag, studs are dancing all over it!
Autumn/Winter 2011 was dark and elegant - the perfect companion! This edition was much more subtle and understated. A strong character needs no flourish. The perfect companion for a long and cold winter!
The Spring/Summer collection 2012 is the sunny opposite of the A/W 2011 one. It comes in lighter tones as well as a new studding pattern. Here the silver studs frame the Visetos leather... and they look pretty cool. SS12 also marks the arrival of belt bags for cool boys and tough girls.
Another winter, another range of deeper tones. This time we have purples, browns and navy blues with rounded silver stud embellishments. The collection grew some more and we added a belt as well as an iPhone and iPad case plus the very first Stark shopper!
Adorned with studs all over, this chic and bold collection exudes personality, grandeur & flair. This season, the handcrafted Stark features black nickel hardware & studs for a serious style statement. The most amazing characteristic of this new and improved line is its grown-up look! Glorious blue hues meet silver embellishments for a sporty, but amazingly elegant look.
To me, the STARK collection S/S 2013 is the most impressive one so far and perfectly suits the Summer season. The grass-green beauty in the back might be the perfect companion - especially as the colour of the year is Emerald.
Which season is your favorite?
