Spotted: Dita Von Teese Carrying Our Tracey Bag

Ms Von Teese has been partial to MCM for a while now, whether it is for her travels or her beloved pet cats, she is rarely seen without an MCM accessory. She was recently spotted carrying our SS12 black & white Tracey handbag (one of my personal favourites, I have it in the Cognac version). Her outfit was completely in sync with the handbag, with a white silk blouse and black full skirt. The only pop of "colour" being her leopard print flats. I like how she does "low-key" vintage just as well as she masters red carpet vintage. What a stylish lady!

I saw Dita Von Teese perform a few years back in London and I must say it really is an experience. She simply radiates femininity and confidence, she is sweet and funny and of course has tons of sex appeal. She was born in Michigan in 1972, real name Heather Renee Sweet (which is also quite a name!). She took the name Dita as an homage to silent film star Dita Parlo. Her big break came in 2002, when she was asked by Playboy magazine to star on the cover. The rest is burlesque history, as the lady in the Martini glass pretty much singlehandedly put burlesque back on the entertainement map.
