Grab one of the limited backpacks and feel glamourous!

MCM is celebrating its 35th anniversary and for this reason the brand is launching an exclusive backpack project which consists of 35 limited-edition exhibition backpacks, as I told you last week. I've never thought backpacks would match with an evening dress or a glamourous outfit but obviously I was wrong! The glamour-inspired edition with its shimmering sequins, sparkling Swarovskis and shiny rivets work out almost perfect in combination with a high class dress, a beautiful black overall as well as an elegant two parter. 

It's quite mean to show you our favorite outfits in combination with the glamour-inspired backpacks, 'cause you already know that these unique backpacks are one-of-a-kind, beautiful artworks but unfortunately not for sale. They were presented at Shin Kong Place, Beijing on the 10th of November and will head to Hong Kong where they will be presented at Time Square on December 1st.

I absolutely love the idea of going back to the roots and take a look at the seven territories MCM's designs were influenced by: travel, technology, lifestyle, music, glamour, craftsmanship and global nomadism. Each of the themes visually celebrates one of the brand's origins, to remember what was on every bodies mind, when MCM was born.

While taking a look at the glamour-inspired backpacks, I created an outfit around each backpack in my mind and I love to share my inspiration with you. I'm sure, you will combine different clothes with the backpacks and that makes them so individual but hopefully you like my suggestions as well. 

Very remarkeable: Everytime I looked at their special designs I found new details like on a treasure map - they are studded with fantastic valuable stones, rivets or Swarovskis - each backpack has it's own glamourous style and fits to a different outfit - whether you like it more dezent or very opulent. And make sure: MCM's glamour-inspired backpacks will steal everyone's show.

As you can image: what I love the most about these five backpacks? You can wear it to every outfit you want, not just to a glamourous evening but also very casual during daytimes or classy while meeting some friends. Have you ever thought a backpack could fit a glamourous event? Me neither! Yes, MCM changed my mind and I would love to wear one of the studded backpacks in combination with a charming and elegant dress, wouldn't you?
