SS13 It-Bag of the Month: the Veronika Doctor Bag

Our campaign this season stars Hana Jirickova and Robertas Aukstuolis and they are both absolutely stunning, but I would like to talk to you about their co-stars: the MCM bags... When I first saw the images from the campaign, I reached for my phone and started making a wish list for all the new season bags I wanted. Somewhere from the glossy pages of our new season catalogue a sunny yellow bag called to me: the Veronika Doctor bag, as seen below.
The Veronika Doctor bag is the latest incarnation of our now cult line. We first introduced the Veronika collection in AW11, alongside another personal favourite, Tracey. Ever since I laid eyes on Veronika, I knew we were onto a winner, an it-bag. The first incarnation of the Veronika bag that caught my eye was the deep wine satchel, a truly perfect bag, both chic and cool. I am still wondering why I didn't get one when I still could as to this day it still haunts me. The morale of this story: when you see an MCM bag you like, don't delay, just get it asap. If you have a look below, you will see four different Veronika models, the first one is from AW12 and the other three are from AW11 (when we first launched the line).
Veronika has been evolving constantly since AW11, while retaining its main appeal. There are five Veronika styles: Veronika casual (top left), Little Veronika Visetos (top and middle right), Veronika Isis - launched last Summer - (middle left), Veronika (bottom left) and now Veronika Doctor bag (bottom right). I find it hard to decide which one is my favourite at the moment, but I won't make the same mistake I made back in the Autumn of 2011 and I WILL get my hands on a Veronika. The doctor bag would look great on me... but then again so would the Veronika visetos... Decisions, decisions!
