Kit Lee (from Style Slicker) is a recurring presence on this blog because we simply can't get enough of her quirky style and amazing photography. In June, we invited her again to take part in our MCM Blogger Makeover where she looked stunning as usual... But Kit also knows how to dress down, as she demonstrated when she last styled her Nuovo L bag near Brick Lane in East London.
Kit's styling often includes flowers, as she is very fond of them and of the whole routine involved in getting, choosing and preserving them. She can be found at Columbia Flower Market most weekends, hunting for the best bouquets to use in her weekly shoots. While doing my usual daily blog round up, I stumbled upon beautiful images taken by Kit of her Nuovo L bag and a jaw-droppingly gorgeous floral arrangement from That Flower Shop.
In their own words, That Flower Shop by Hattie Fox is "Finding a niche in using sophisticated yet natural combinations of typically country flowers, mixed herbs and British foliage. Tied together with a love for eclectic vases and ceramics,That Flower Shop puts a modern spin on vintage flowers."
I am so in love with these images, I'd happily print them and have them on the walls of my living room. There is something enormously satisfying and calming about a show stopping floral arrangement, and if you pair it with a great handbag, it is pretty much fashion nirvana!
