SS13 Campaign Behind-the-Scenes - Campaign Locations

We are so proud of our new SS13 campaign, "Very MCM in Monaco" (read about it here), starring supermodels Hana Jirickova and Robertas Aukstuolis that we wanted to share with you a few snippets of what happens behind the scenes during our campaign shoot. Today, I am taking you with me to the very picturesque city of Monaco, more precisely to its famous harbour that we used as a background for the new campaign.

Monaco, officially known as the Principality of Monaco is a sovereign city state located on the French Riviera, on the Mediterranean coast. It is the second smallest and most densely populated country in the world. The current prince is Albert II, and his family, The House of Grimaldi have been reigning over the principality since 1297!

Due to its history and location, Monaco is a very sought after, prestigious destination for luxury travellers from all around the world. The Monaco Yacht Show, held every year attracts its fair share of celebrities, and there are also many high profile events held there throughout the year, including the Monaco Grand Prix. It was only logical for us to shoot our SS13 campaign there. Spring-Summer trends pretty much always revolve around a certain idea of freedom and nonchalant living, with a touch of nautical chic for good measure, and Monaco makes the perfect backdrop to a decadent Summer filled with friends, beautiful accessories and impressive yachts.
