Winter just arrived and we're celebrating the frosty season with our Fly with Punk collection which is a super cool mix of Rock, punk and a bit of 90s grunge: just right for the "chaos meets couture" look! This is why we recently announced our favorite colours - do you remember?
This season is all about Deep Lake, Cerise Red and Gold! This colourful trilogy matches each MCM AW13 style for every occasion and fits our everyday mood. The materials? A mix of high-quality leather goods, new textiles and special workmanship and treatment. After we celebrated Cerise Red in our shops, it's now time for the glamorous and luxurious: GOLD!
Gold is the season's favorite tone and the perfect hue for christmas... We simply can't get enough of it. After all, what could be more extravagant, luxurious and timeless than a gold handbag? MCM's AW13 interpretation of this treasure comes in different shapes, different materials and fine details. Whether they come in full gold or feature shades of metallic, they all look totally different. And for this reason, it's now time to focus a bit more on those items and let the shops celebrate them!
Shop Window Vision:
To get the right feeling for the visuals, each store manager looks at the recommendations on the 3D renderings: chains, mirrors and gold details are the key accessories for the show windows.
Shop Window Seoul
Our flagship store in Seoul is breathtaking! It is very special as it was inspired by the innovative spirit of Bauhaus and has two distinctive facades. It was all about red, as you can see.
Golden lamps, a head-to-toe gold look, gold chains and warm lights. It's a beautiful artwork that reflects power, style, a luxurious attitude and a lot of energy.
Shop Window Berlin
Deep red meets light red with a mix of Cognac Visetos and deep red.
This show window shines bright and beautiful and lines the gateway (to Paradise) in a perfect way. It's a bit simpler than the show windows in Seoul - in a very minimalist German way. Pure, not too festive but at the same time very expressive.
We really love both interpretations and I am not sure which one is our favorite. Can you decide?
LOVE the Janes
